2. Shipping Costs - Shipping costs are free for Serbia. As for the international shipping costs, there is a flat rate paid on our site. There might be an additional cost depending on the country that you are in. For any additional costs, we are not responsible.

3. Processing Time - Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. If there is any delay in processing your order, we will notify you by email.

4. Tracking Information - Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order by visiting the shipping carrier's website and entering your tracking number.

5. Delivery Time - Delivery time depends on the shipping method you select and the destination of your order. Our standard shipping option typically takes 5-7 business days domestically and 7-14 business days internationally.

6. International Shipping - Serqet Leather offers international shipping to select countries. Please note that the customer is responsible for any customs or import duties that may be levied upon delivery.
